Vegan Garlic Dill Lemon Aioli

This tangy, creamy and garlicky aioli is great on veggie hamburgers, spread for sandwiches and as a dipping sauce! Will last in the fridge for about a week. Enjoy!!!

 2 cups vegan mayo
 4 tbsp dried dill
 4 tbsp minced garlic
 ½ cup squeezed lemon juice
 2 pinches pink salt
 1 pinch pepper
1

Scoop out 2 cups of vegan mayo into an air tight container.
Add the dill, minced garlic, squeeze of the lemon, salt and pepper.
Stir by hand and blend well.
Adjust to taste and enjoy!!
